Nothing leaves your phone

Privacy Policy

Bellis has no account and no server. There is nowhere for your data to go.

What Bellis collects

Nothing. Bellis has no account system, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no Bellis server. It makes no network requests during normal use. Your habits, your history, and your settings are never transmitted, because there is nothing to transmit them to.

What is stored on your device

Bellis keeps the habits you track — their names, colours and icons — along with which habits you marked complete on which dates, and your settings: reminder times, waking hours, and habit limit. All of it lives in the app’s own local storage on your device. Your operating system may include app data in its own device backup; Bellis does not control or inspect that backup.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications, scheduled on your device by your device. Their wording is generated on your phone from text built into the app. No notification passes through a server, and Bellis does not use push notifications or receive a remote notification identifier.

Home-screen widgets

The widgets read the same on-device data. On iPhone this is shared with the widget through an App Group, which is a private container on your own device. On Android it is read from the app’s local storage. Nothing leaves the phone in either case.

Third parties

Bellis uses Apple and Android operating-system services for local storage, notifications, haptics and widgets. Those services are governed by the policies of the platform provider. Bellis contains no advertising SDK, no tracking SDK, no crash-reporting service, and no remote analytics.

Children

Bellis is suitable for all ages and collects nothing from anyone, including children under 13.

Deleting your data

Open You → Erase everything inside Bellis to clear every habit, all history, and all settings. Removing the app deletes its local storage. Because no copy exists anywhere else, there is nothing further to request, export, correct, or delete — and no data for us to disclose if asked.

Changes and contact

If the data practices of Bellis ever change, this policy will be updated before the change ships, and anything newly collected would be an opt-in choice presented in the app rather than a quiet edit to this page. Questions can be sent through the Bellis support form.

Website support form

The optional support form is separate from the Bellis app. If you submit it, Netlify processes the name, reply address, and message you choose to provide so we can respond. Bellis does not combine support messages with app data — it has no access to your app data in the first place.
